This month we are pleased to have Dean Foster, House Democratic appointee to the State Redistricting Commission.  He will speak to the state redistricting.  He graduated from the University of Washington and during high school and college worked for the State Senate and participated in redistricting.  He has served as Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives (1973 to1984); Co-Chief Clerk (1979 to 1981 and 1999) and chief of staff for Governor Booth Gardner (1984 to 1993). He has had active career in our state government and his background and current participation in redistricting.  Don't miss this speaker--it will be an interesting experience.  He will speak at 6 PM at the February 8th MCDCC meeting at PUD #3.
